R/O DVT VS RSD: DVT=Blood Clot would cause unilateral foot pain and swelling. . A Doppler US of the lower extremity will define the anatomy. Other conditions to evaluate are LYMPHEDEMA/RSD(REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY). She needs to be reevaluated exam/labs/ankle MRI and bone scan.
