About
Bio
Hey everyone,Thank you for visiting my profile. Let me take this opportunity to tell you a little bit more about myself.I strive to treat my patients as I would my
family and friends. I am a self professed tech geek as well as an avid reader and
a bit of a health nut, I like to educate myself on topics related to health and
nutrition and spend a large portion of my week at the gym. When I am not doing these things, I like to
spend time with my family. I am originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I graduated in 2003 from a combined undergraduate/
medical school program at McGill University in Montreal. After graduation, I stayed in the area to complete
a five-year orthopaedic Surgical Residency Program at McGill. I moved to London, Ontario, Canada for a one-year
Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Fowler-Kenney Sports Medicine Clinic followed
by an addition year in Dallas, Texas to complete a Foot and Ankle
Fellowship.
I have a particular interest in the treatment of toe,
foot and ankle injuries and problems which include, but not limited to: sports
related foot and ankle injuries, injuries to runners, foot and ankle arthritis,
foot and ankle trauma, hammertoes and bunions.
Many orthopaedic injuries can be treated non-surgically
while others may require basic or technologically advanced surgical procedures
to achieve the best result. I will strive to provide you with as much information
as possible to ensure that you make an informed decision concerning your
treatment options.
I continually participate in furthering my knowledge in
orthopaedics by completing medical education courses to ensure that I can
provide the latest advancements in orthopaedics to you, my patients.
I look forward to chatting with you. Thank you for giving me the privilege of assisting you.
