I've had a viral infection for a few weeks now with vertigo, lightheadness, ect. i keep get hot flashes and pulsing behind my ears and my neck? why?

Labrynthitis: You could have a viral labrynthitis which is a n infection of the inner ear. This would cause the vertigo and lightheadedness. It might explain the pulsing behind your ears. Usually an infection will increase your temperature, but not necessarily cause hot flashes.
