Maybe: First, continue with your oral decongestants (loratidine, claritin, or benadryl), and also try Afrin nasal spray. If that doesn't help, you may need to see a physician. A short course of oral corticosteroids may help (prednisone, Medrol Dospak, etc).

Careful, Hi-cost for: ? value. Study: https://www.healthtap.com/#user_questions/6631441. While only you can feel your symptoms, jumping to conclusions of what they mean (though common) is neither wisdom nor effective for improving your quality of life & long term outcomes. Far better: study anatomy/physiology on the net, intensely study your own test data to help sort out issues & seek assistance worthy of your trust.
