Most of the symptoms: are "normal" for vertigo, but Vertigo itself isn't "normal'. I don't usually find "stiff neck" as a symptom unless it's your body's natural attempt to lessen the symptoms. My general rule of thumb is that it should lessen in 3 days and be gone in a week or so. Meds help ease the symptoms. If you get nausea or vomiting, are falling or have numbness, tingling or weakness anywhere, get help!

You get migraines?: Sounds pretty unpleasant, sorry to hear what you've been experiencing. Vertigo has a specific meaning, when the room feels like it is spinning. The symptoms you are experiencing can happen with migraines, and some migraines occur without pain. However, I'd want to ask more questions before suggesting a diagnosis.
