Bad nasal congestion for 2 month with clear/yellow/green/bloody discharge. pressure and painful sinuses + eyes, eye headaches, post nasal drip, sore throat, dizziness, and irritated ears. no fever. doc says no sinus infection. get a second opinion?

Yes, sounds like a second opinion is warranted. Preferably from an allergist or ENT (ear/nose/throat) specialist. You may or may not have an infection, but your symptoms certainly need evaluation and treatment.

You get a second opinion by having a review of all data and an exam by another doc. Sinus x-rays or a CT Scan of the sinus cavities may be helpful in confirming or excluding this diagnosis.
