Ear infection: You might need antibiotic treatment. You should see a doctor to have your ears checked.

See ENT: Cannot have viral infection for 3 months. Viral inner ear infection can cause vertigo, but that should slowly get better. If vertigo has increased again need to see ENT for further evaluation.
