I've had viral ear infection for almost 3 months now..got better but last week hav had more dizziness..should i be worried? will it ever go away?

Most likely: Your symptoms most likely will abate but you do need to see an ENT if you have not done so yet.

Ear infection: You might need antibiotic treatment. You should see a doctor to have your ears checked.

See ENT: Cannot have viral infection for 3 months. Viral inner ear infection can cause vertigo, but that should slowly get better. If vertigo has increased again need to see ENT for further evaluation.
