Inflammation: Soft tissue inflammation is usually treated initially with conservative management. Start wearing supportive shoes at all times during the healing period. RICE therapy and oral anti-inflammatory agents. Massage the sore area, followed with ace bandage compression and elevate limb above hip with knee bent and ice area after activity and before bed. Remove ace before sleep.(RICE) Orthotic control.
