Doctor: See a doctor to rule out if you have any degree of sleep apnea. A sleep study can determine this.

Loud snoring: Snoring can be sign of several things but constriction of the airway is usually the main reason. It could be a sign of sleep apnea as well. If you are overweight, drink several alcholic drinks a day, or have a deep palate cannot see your uvula you are more at risk. I would see your dr for a physical, and he may order a sleep study to treat apnea but don't let it go do it now.
