Concern: Generally this does not happen at this age. Although not an emergency, you should see your pediatrician for the cause.Usual causes include allergies and / or some sort of nasal obstruction.

Reason for concern: It is not normal for a 2 year old to snore loudly. It is a sign of a resticted airway. Please talk to your pediatrician, who may recomment an ENT to evaluate the airway, tonsils, etc. Proper airflow is important for growth and development.

Acne Therapy: Acne treatments work by reducing oil production, speeding up skin cell turnover, fighting bacterial infection, reducing the inflammation or doing all four. With most prescription acne treatments, you may not see results for four to eight weeks, and your skin may get worse before it gets better. There are topicals like ziana and epiduo and oral medication like solodyn (minocycline). See your dermatologist.

Pinched nerve: Pinched nerve at the wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome) is a common cause for such symptoms. However other causes of peripheral neuropathy should be considered and ruled out by history, physical exam and some blood tests. Diabetes, thyroid disease and some medications are common causes. I suggest you discuss with your pcp.
