Yes: Exercise done daily and for more than 30 minutes will make you lose weight from the extra fat which is burned during exercise provided you do not eat fatty foods. Exercise gives you strength and build muscles provided you are doing some resistance exercises and eating ample amount of proteins which you can get from eggs, fish, nuts and chicken(avoid red meat and fried foods which contain harm fat.
