Back teeth touching: Sounds like you need an orthodontic consult, and possibly a bite analysis. See an orthodontist for an evaluation.

Braces: Sound like you have a malocclusion from an old habit when you were a child, like thump sucking can cause that result where you back teeth only touch and they are curved inward and the front teeth are opened. Orthodontics or braces is what you need to correct that problem, since you still young the sooner the better.

Evaluation: New or old? See an oral surgeon first to determine if you have a developmental jaw problem. Likely you'll need an orthodontist to recommend corrective treatment.

Compliance : is very important when wearing a retainer post orthodontic treatment. Failure to do so will cause the corrected occlusion to relapse. Growth after treatment, habits, diet,.. can also affect the result of post treatment. Your third molars and TMJ also need to be checked. Check the side effects of Klonopin (clonazepam). Call your dentist for evaluation.

Malocclusion: You have a malocclusion, a bad bite. Treatment well depend on the cause. See a fully qualified Orthodontist for Initial Examination (usually free) and discussion of your treatment options. You have a significant functional problem. Avoid bargain cosmetic-only solutions.
