Dentists : Dentists see patients without insurance; in fact, a small portion of the population has insurance. Everyone else pays out of pocket. You are going to have to go see a dentist to have this taken care of.

Tough problem: Taking an antiinflammatory like advil (ibuprofen) 800 mg dose every 4 hrs until you visit a dentist will help. Perhaps if you call your local dental society they can help you find a way to get treatment, given your lack of funds.
