Have small cavities(hole) on 3 teeth of which two are type 6 on molars and one is pit nd fissure carries on molar.the hole is visible to naked eye but very smal. my dentist told that i don't need any filling now so, is this wise decision by dentist?

It is not possible to second guess your dentist since they actually examined you. If they don't feel there is decay then no filling is needed. At your semi-annual checkup have those lesions re-evaluated.

Today with AI, it may be wise to fill one or more of these cavities. Depending on your diet or oral hygiene habits, they may or may not need to be filled now. This is up to you and your dentist after consultation.
