Fluid overload: When the skin gets so inundated with fluid it will form weeping blisters. A vascular consult would be prudent to check the venous competency and possible compression stockings vs a vascular procedure to help at the doctors discretion. You should consult her primary doctor to check her renal status and they may either increase her diuretic or switch it to a different one.
