No exact answer: Everyone metabolizes medications differently. With that being said, each med also has a half life, which means at tthat time 1/2 the medication is out of your system, so moving forward, eventually there will be no detectable levels at some time. With anxiety, the med may be out of your system, but you still have minor anxiety, so make sure you keep follow-up appts. With your provider. Good luck.

I don't know but my: Guess is it may take few weeks for your brain to adapt. The adaptive mechanism after stopping the medicine is an individual response. You may read our website tips on anxiety. You can ease the transition by eating nutritious fruits and veggies, getting enough rest and sleep, humor , relaxation by listening to your favorite music and meditation.
