Am assuming you experienced the bleeding and brain injury all 30 yrs. ago. From your post, would wonder about post-traumatic headaches, possible post-traumatic seizures, and chronic cognitive issues, but cannot exclude newer superimposed co-morbid process. You would best deal with all your issues via a full neurological re-evaluation to sort all of this out and decide appropriate interventions
