See a doctor: If you're feeling more depressed & suicidal, then I would call 911 or go to the nearest ER. Sometimes, depression & anxiety manifest w/ physical symptoms including fatigue, numbness, chest pain or headache but need to rule out non-psychiatric causes also. You should also get evaluated for any physical causes of worsening depression including thyroid disease, anemia and infections.
