ALS does not cause this radiological image in a 30 yo male, and consultation with a seasoned neurologist is appropriate at this point.

Possible ALS? Muscle Twitching, Spasms, Unexplained tripping, increased fatigue. EMG, Blood Work, Brain MRI completed. MRI shows subtle hyper intensity. I am a military veteran, not sure if this adds to the problem?
