Dysplasia is : Cell irregularity that might be caused by inflammation, but could also lead to malignancy in some cases. I believe you are reading from a pathology or cytology report. If it is truly mild, there is little concern especially if you can treat the underlying condition. Just have the test repeated after treatment to make sure that the dysplasia has resolved.
