Will anything show up abnormal in your blood work if you have fibromyalgia?

Not much: There is association with low thyroid and low vitamin d but routine labs as well as labs for inflammation and arthritis are usually normal. However if you have arthritis or other painfull conditions you could have fibromyalgia too.
