Based : Based on your complaints and the past history of a + ANA test (a screening test for lupus and other autoimmune disorders), i feel the best route would be to have another evaluation by a rheumatologist to include an exam and repeat bloodwork. Just because the +ana was not felt to be significant at one time does not mean that a new disorder has not developed since 2007. Fibromyalgia can be primary (meaning no underlying inflammatory condition) or secondary (meaning it is seen frequently in patients w/ rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and similar disorders.
