None: ? about what blood tests prove fibromyalgia (FM). Unfortunately there are no blood test confirmatory for FM. The diagnosis is based on history, physical exam, and absence of studies confirmatory for other diagnoses. In truth, the diagnosis of FM is as much artistry as science. I believe that Osteopaths are the best specialists to sort out the musculoskeletal abnormalities causal of fibromyalgia.
