I recently had blood work come back that said i am ana positive with a titer of 1:1280. it said nuclear, dense fine speckled pattern with cytoplasmic anapattern. i was hla b27 negative. i have fibromyalgia but isthis an indication of autoimmune issue?

Need diagnosis: The ANA raises serious questions as to whether you actually have fibromyalgia or a rheumatological condition. This needs further evaluation, as a collagen-vascular disorder could well explain your issues. See a rheumatologist.
