Blood work normal. wide spread joint and muscle pain, headaches, disturbed sleep, fatigue. diagnosed with ddd. could it also be fibromyalgia? thank u

Definitely: Degenerative disc disease (ddd) causes spine symptoms but not fatigue, disturbed sleep, or other systemic symptoms. Sounds like fibromyalgia (fms) but i would have other conditions such as thyroid disease ruled out before diagnosing fms.

It could be but : There are arthritis conditions that have no blood markets as well . Even thyroid disease and other medical issues can present with wide spread musculoskeletal complaints. See a rheumatologist with fibromyalgia being in the running as a cause of your symptoms
