Yes: First of all you should not have forbidden foods as that will lead to resentment and can backfire. However, you can undermine your healthy choices with serious backsliding. So if you are careful you can indulge in a few unhealthy foods like a donut or ice cream or chips once in awhile and be fine. Following moderation is best.
