Your choice: It is hard to bring balance to your diet if you do anything to excess. Then again you must get your lunch in the time allowed & some places don't have very healthy offerings, yet others may. It is hard to make a general statement with such a vague category. You need to monitor the effect on your weight & energy level.

Agree with Dr. F.: Keep your consumption of fast food to a minimum. If you must, balance it with healthier intake rest of the time. Make sure to maintain a healthy weight and keep your BMI around 22.
