How much water should i be drinking a day? i eat very healthy, only drink water (no sodas etc,) am 17 years old, 200 pounds and exercise every day.

? water ?: The idea that you must consume X amount of water to be healthy is just a myth. You get fluid value in many fluids or foods you consume. You should take in enough fluid value to pee about every 6 hours or more daily. Any focus on "water" has little value.
