Bell palsy and vertigo about 8 months ago now could vertigo and bells palsy have to do wit a tumor on the 7&8 cranial nerve sence i still have them?

Rarely: Bell's palsy can often take a long time to resolve, and rarely can have permanent effects. In very rare cases, symptoms can be caused by a tumor, but you should consult an ENT doctor for this.
