Tinnitus: You have ringing in the ear. You also likely have wax there too. You should see an ear nose and throat doctor who will check the ears , safely clear out the wax and will then get a hearing test. The wind noise is sometimes the feedback one gets when there is a hearing loss. We have to make sure your hearing is perfect. This is not likely a tumor or anything serious at your age. Do not worry.
