Hi hope somebody can help ! Always fit and healthy normally, was out running last year and became dizzy unbalanced Had ct scan / mri / nothing showing I now have been told it could be a Occipital nerve problem As I have a feeling of a full ear?

If i go to ER over severe headache dizziness and change in vision will they do a CT or MRI ? Is CT just as accurate?
