Cranial nerves: Suggestive of involvement of cranial nerves VI, VII and VIII. Assuming everything is on the same side. A mass (i.e. tumor) would have been seen on the MRI. Could be a persistent viral neuritis (usually a benign condition), could be something else. Doctor Google isn't enough for this. You need a physical laying-on of hands. See your doctor.
