About 8 months ago got bells palsy and 7 month ago got vertigo now i have synkinesis could it be a brain tumor on the 7th and 8th cranial nerve?

See doc: You need to consult your doc or neurologist. Bell palsy(7th nerve) can be from an old herpes infection, trauma, compression or inflammation. Vertigo can be from ear or vestibular (brain). Synkinesis is the result from miswiring of nerves after trauma which is common after bells palsy. If your bell palsy and vertigo were resolved and just developing synkinesis then it may not be tumor.

Highly unlikely: Tumors cause progressively worse functioning. Synkinesis is healing albeit not exactly perfect.
