I get a few sec vertigo 2tms a day. my doc says it's bppv, once it went away with phezam, now i have it again. can it be tumor or ms instead of bppv

Thoughts: Although it is very difficult to sort out alternative causation based upon the limited description provided, you could schedule Concierge visit so this could be explored more extensively. However, it is very, very unlikely that either MS or a tumor would present this way.
