Amph. like: Phend. Is an amphetamine-like weight-loss stimulant with a side-effect profile very similar to true amphetamines. It has been used for adhd but is much less well studied for that (off-label use). People with the same condition do tend to react somewhat differently to similar medications so there can be reasons for using the one in preference to the other.
