Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): The side effects are similar (stomach upset/nausea, appetite decrease, insomnia, headache, weight loss, dry mouth, nervousness, emotional lability) though we generally say in add a persons thought are paradoxically slowed down by the drug. In someone abusing the drug thoughts may be hyper focused or fast and tolerance may ensue, causing them to have to increase the dose to maintain the effect.

Many : First of all, doing so is a federal offense. It's called drug diversion. So someone without adhd or a proper diagnosis should not be taking adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Tremors, irritability, rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure, arrythmia, headache, nausea, insomnia, anorexia & hallucinations are common effects of stimulants used without proper medical guidance. Little if anything good will result.
