See psychiatrist: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a good drug for A.D.H.D. and should be good enough to focus . By increasing the dose or adding another drug will give more side effects and sleeplessness . Talk to your psychiatrist that may help to relieve your anxiety .

Don't change routine: Now is not the time to be changing meds or your routine if something is working for you. Wait until after the test to change medication regimen unless the side effects are suddenly absolutely intolerable. Make sure to exercise daily and get appropriate sleep every night. These things will go further than cramming for hours on end - if you don't know the material by now, you never will.
