Your are right t ask: ADHD has to be diagnosed before age 10 y/o to meet adult ADHD criteria. If so, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) gen is a good option. 20 mg might be sufficient. Tramadol has no direct effect on ADHD. How old are you now?. What is your occupation?. Does Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) work for you? Any side effects? There are multiple options, including behavioral approaches and education for ADHD. Also some non stimulants available.
