Hormone replacement: There's some good reasons to treat severe menopause symptoms with hormone replacement. Unless you have a strong family history of breast cancer, hormone wouldbe very relieving. I recommend taking estrogen as Estradiol which is the same estrogen our bodies make, and natural progesterone, which some doctors would deny you because you don't have a uterus. Balanced estrogen and Progesterone is better.
