If a partial hysterectomy is possible, would you recommend a 44 year old who is not experiencing menopause get a partial or a total hysterectomy?

Hysterectomy: The decision on how to proceed with surgery should be made between you and your gynecologist who has your complete history and indications for the procedure. If you are not comfortable with that decision then a formal second opinion should be obtained by another gynecologist.
