I am 48 years and started menopause in 2002. i had a hysterectomy then i had my ovaries removed in 2011. i started bleeding a little today.

Granulation tissue: Granulation tissue is scar tissue that has increased blood supply. This can cause vaginal bleeding.
Also if you arent oh hormone therapy, you likely have atrophic vaginitis which can cause bleeding as well.
