I am a 47 yr old female, i had full hysterectomy 15 years ago. why am i just now starting to experience menopause symptoms? i.e. night sweats, weight gain etc?

"full" hysterectomy?: Does a "full" hysterectomy include bilateral ovarian removal or not? If the ovaries were left in place 15 years ago, then this is the life phase at age 47 when menopause symptoms normally occur.
