A few differences: While both disease can cause fatigue, weight loss, frequent infection, people with leukemia are more likely to have fever, night sweat, easy bruising or bleeding, swollen lymph nodes... People with diabetes are more likely to have frequent thirst, frequent urination... Sometimes, both won't have any symptoms and is found on routine blood tests.
