Hairy Cell: Leukemia can be a slowly changing process, and may not require specific treatment. Talk to the heart doctor and the blood doctor and see what they conclude.

Close follow ups: Rare type of cancer from blood and bone marrow. Bm make to many b cells (lymphocytes). Slow growing cancer. Can't be cure but many people live many years in remission. You need to know all the drug and site effects and continue with close follow ups with oncologist, cardiologist and primary care doctor. Know the chemotherapeutics and for the most part heart and dm therapy will be the same.
