For the past 3 years my monocyte levels have increased 2018 .660, 2019 .750, 2020, .880 which is over, i have generalized itching ussually everyday, maybe takes a couple days off, have type 2 diabetes , and mild copd, worried about leukemia?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data is not suggestive of leukemia. Wish you good health!
