Hello, a dubious question, what would be the difference as to the symptomatology between leukemia (all) and (lma). do not think it's the same symptoms?

ALL vs AML same sx: I assume you mean all vs aml. The symptoms can often be the same.

Mostly similar ....: AML and all usually have very similar symptoms and are ultimately distinguished by pathology (looking at the cells under the microscope and using other special tests). Patients with AML can sometimes have very serious problems with bleeding. Both all and AML can cause low platelets, but sometimes AML can cause other problems with the coagulation system of the body.

Probably: I am not sure exactly what you mean by lma but if you mean acute myeloid leukemia (AML) versus acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all), then you're basically right in the sense that symptoms are nonspecific and they may show significant overlap between the 2 types of acute leukemia.
