See oral surgeon: You should see the oral surgeon to obtain a consult but typically true odontomas usually don't change and are usually benign.

You're right...: ... To think that a malignant lesion would show change over 4 years. While odontomas don't generally change, like an impacted tooth that is not removed, you must have it checked periodically for the formation of a secondary cyst or other benign lesion that would require removal.
