Diagnostic impass: Jhw do you know you have a bulging disk woth out a MRI ct scan? He may feel that the MRI wont add anything substantial to the image you have already had that shows the bulge , i consider bulges as asymptomatic incidental findings that require no treatment and search for snotjer cause of pain.
