Conservative care: Don't worry about your mri. As long as the MRI did not show any acute findings such as significant disc herniation or a fracture or dislocation, your MRI findings are just chronic normal aging changes. Most patients in an mva have just a soft tissue injury which will completely resolve with time and conservative treatment - specifically physical therapy and anti-inflammatory meds. Good luck!

Conservative. Tx: Try anti-inflammatories (advil/aleve) and physical therapy first . Most of the time that should work . If not could try epidural injections.
