Yes. call your MD: Better take to e r , recurrence of intussusception , or telescoping of bowel can occur . Please take to e r they will assess , will make sure it in not a recurrence.And send him home, .

Yes: With any open surgery, there is always the risk of adhesions or scar tissue. These will soften over time. I would follow up with your surgeon.
